How to Franchise Hills and Valleys Coffee

We walk with you at every phase
01
Pre-consultation

We get to know each other

No cost, no commitment - just an honest conversation.

Before any contract is signed, we take time to get to know you, and you to understand us. This is where we confirm we are aligned on values, expectations and vision.

STEP 1

Initial meeting

Meet our management team to explore the brand, the culture and the three franchise packages.

STEP 2

Letter of Intent

It does not bind you to purchase. It tells us you are serious enough for us to commit our operations team’s time to your site.

STEP 3

Area selection

Identify the region or city you want. Specific store locations are evaluated later, in Phase 3.

The package decision does not have to be final here. In most cases the lease terms, the available area and the utilities on offer make the decision for you.

Gate to Phase 2

Alignment confirmed · LOI received · target area agreed

02
Contract signing

We put it in writing

The official start of the partnership.

Once both parties agree to proceed, the franchise agreement is signed for your chosen package and the fee schedule begins. This marks the formal start of your five-year term and unlocks everything in Phase 3.

You receive the draft agreement in advance so you can review it, ideally with a lawyer, before anything is signed.

Gate to Phase 3

Package confirmed · franchise agreement executed

03
Consultation and execution

What moves this timeline

Three things, and all three sit outside our control: how quickly a lessor or mall administrator issues the lease and fit-out approval, how quickly your LGU releases permits, and how quickly you settle on a site. Fabrication, construction and training run to schedule. We will tell you the moment any gate is at risk rather than letting a launch date quietly slip.
